Our stock levels have increased to cope with demand. Gregory Audio Visual has also invested in new computer systems and software to make the ordering far better.

Our audio visual hire business is currently very busy with 4 major contracts signed up and sealed for this month alone. Our company has built brand new stage sets for these prestigous events.

Over the last week Gregory Audio Visual was involved with several companies and organisations for the Preston Guild. We supplied various trucks and displays with sound and light systems. The Preston Guild was a great success and we are very pleased everything went to plan.

Royal Lancashire Agricultural Society Show

Starlight Dancewear  in association with Gregory Audio Visual where the main sponsors for the successful re-launch of the Royal Lancashire Agricultural Society Show held at Witton Park on the 20th May 2012.

Gregory Audio Visual supplied the PA System for the show ground and also provided commentary though out the day. The event was also co-sponsored by Elaine Gregory owner of Starlight Dancewear based in Mill Hill Blackburn.

Hundreds of pictures were taken during the day of the event and these can be seen on the Gregory Audio Visual Facebook Page. The pictures remain copyright to Gregory Audio Visual and if you wish to download or use any of the pictures written permission must be obtained from Gregory Audio Visual

The Royal Lancashire Show is famous for being the oldest agricultural show in the country. Historically, it has been a showcase for everything our countryside has had to offer. In the past three day shows attracted over 20,000 people per day, it was a highlight of the rural communities year and of great benefit to the local rural economy. In recent years due to unseasonal weather and wetter summers this had a great impact on our counties agricultural economy. In July 2007 the RLAS was forced to abandon the show for only the second time since the 1940's the heavy unseasonable rain rendered the showground unsafe for public access. The disastrous weather struck the show again in 2008 along with traffic management concerns and site access problems caused the 2009 show to be abandoned and the Society was left in a very precarious financial position. With great sadness the show had to be mothballed in 2010 and 2011.For the last 2 years the Society has restructured, initiated new strategic partnerships and successfully held several one day events featuring elements of the original show. 2012 is a momentous year as it will see the much anticipated return to a showground with The Royal Lancashire Agricultural Society Countryside Experience at its new venue of Witton Country Park.To find out more about the event (Click Here).
